GN Separation recently completed the delivery of a GNLW554 Sludge Dewatering Centrifuge Package for an overseas wastewater treatment plant.

The package consists of a GNLW554 Decanter Centrifuge and an Automatic Chemical Dosing Unit, providing an integrated solution for sludge conditioning and dewatering.

In this project, the sludge is first conditioned by the GN Chemical Dosing Unit. The system automatically prepares and doses polymer solution according to the operating requirements, ensuring stable flocculation and consistent treatment performance. After conditioning, the sludge enters the GNLW554 Decanter Centrifuge, where high centrifugal force continuously separates the solids from the liquid phase. The process produces dewatered sludge cake with reduced moisture content while discharging clarified centrate for subsequent treatment.
