GN Solids Control Syatem


    As a first API certified manufacturer of solids control system in China, GN solids control is specialized in design and build solids controls system for oil and gas drilling
rigs and mud recycling system for HDD&CBM drilling rigs.
     For environmental reasons and to reduce cost, solids control system is now prevailing in various drilling spot. Generally, a complete GN solids control system basicly
consist of  four stage equipment:shale shaker, desander, desilter, and centrifuge.

Premary Stage Solids Control: GN's linear motion shale shaker

    GN's shale shaker enjoys a high G force which can be adjusted. And, GN's shale shaker adopts a patent rubber sealing method for shaker deck and screen. And also,
GN's shale shaker deck could be adjusted from -1°to +5°while operating. Generally, GN 's shale shaker can separate solids larger than 100 microns.

Second and Third Stage Solids Control:GN's desander and desilter

     GN's desander and desilter uses PU material cones for longer service life. After processed by desnader and desilter, the solids in drilling mud will be smaller than 20 microns.
Alternatively, a mud cleaner with the combination of desander and desilter is available.(add a picture)

Final Stage Solids Control: GN's decanter centrifuge

     GN's decanter centrifuge is to remove solids in 2-5 microns out. GN’s decanter centrifuge enjoys a longer service life for the bowl cylindrical and conical section is made of duplex
stainless SS2205, and the screw and solid discharge port is protected by tungsten carbide tiles.
     Instead of collecting equipemnt from different suppliers, GN has the ability to manufacture all the equipment required for a set of solids control system in an factory over 65,000 ㎡.

GNPS70-3S Shale Shaker

Shale shaker GNPS70-3S is high efficiency shaker. It is designed according to users’ actual demand based on modern technique and principle. GNPS70-3S takes advantage of double vibration motors in-phase principle. It holding ideal design on structure, and work steadily, operated lasting time without any problem, take rather little cost on maintenance. If choose proper model or parameters, it can work for many kinds of drilling fluid solids control. It is an ideal solution for Oil and gas drilling, HDD, Metallurgy, mining tail mud solids control.


Structure of GNPS70-3S Shale shaker

GNPS70-3S shaker contains pedestal, shaker deck, tension wedge, shaker screen, rubber strip, deck adjustment device, baffle box, tension device, electric cabinet, vibration motor, damping spring. It can be used by single or designed as tandem and triplex shaker to be operated at drilling job site.

Centrifugal pump in the ZJ50 drilling mud treatment system

Centrifugal sand pump has been designed and developed for petroleum drill in solid control equipment. It adopts the axial sucking structure and all the hydraulic components are friction proof cast iron, which is suitable for delivering the corrosive liquids with suspended particles in well drilling or other similar liquids. When designing the sand pump. Its specifications were fully thought that the complete solid control equipment can work under the best operating mode. It is endowed with high communality of parts, operating reliability, durability and convenient maintenance etc.

Centrifugal Pump
is ideal motivity supply for desander, desilter and jet mud mixer. Take the centrifugal pump in ZJ50 drilling mud treatment system as the example. There are 4 pumps and each of them plays the different roles.

The slurry after the vibrating processing flow into the 1# compartment of the treating tank waiting for the downstream treatment. Then the first pump will send the mud to the desander hydrocyclone from the 1# compartment, at a pressure of 0.25~0.40MPa , then ,the desander starts to work for the second class purification. The treated mud overflows to the 2# compartment. The second sand pump will send the mud to desilter hydrocyclone at a pressure of 0.25~0.40MPa. Thus the desilter starts to work for the third class purification.

After the centrifuge processing, the particles large than 7μm is almost separated out from the drilling fluids.
