GN Solids Control has been working on designing and manufacturing solids control equipments and drilling waste management systems for many years. GN decanter centrifuges and Hi-G shakers are cost effective equipments for OBM, WBM and SBM treating.
GN Solids Control just provided one set of Hi-G shaker and one set of decanter centrifuge to CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation), which is one of the largest drilling companies in the world.
1. GN Hi-G shaker
GN Hi-G shakers are mainly used to separate WBM (water base mud). Here CNPC is using GNZS594HGE-GD drying shaker. GN experienced designers just designed one compact Hi-G shaker with a mud tank under it.
The conical mud tank is used to catch all the fluids that pass through the shaker screen. Now GN can manufacture all kinds of replacement shaker screens for Derrick, Mongoose and King Cobra etc.
The fluids will be pumped to GN centrifuge for next separation. The solids that come out from shaker will be collected by a catching tank.2015.06.06 HIGH G dryer with beneath tank2. GN Decanter Centrifuge
GN decanter centrifuge can separate the solids larger than 5 microns. Finer solids can be separated our when adding chemicals. Here they are using GNLW363CG-VFD centrifuge with variable speed, positive pressurized control cabinet is for explosion free.
The working height of the GN centrifuge can be adjusted when using GN telescopic skid. All walk ways and guard rails are designed to protect operators’ working safety. Solids come out from the discharge port will be collected by a catching tank, they can also be transferred by a screw conveyor based on the working condition.
